Before Booking

Please acknowledge these condition

1. The house has multiple flights of stairs therefore not suitable for guests with disability and is not wheelchair friendly, and children must be supervised at all time
2. The swimming pool is in outdoor area, visible from street level
3. Located near open field and forest, some bugs may get inside the house
4. The staff room is located inside the house, although it is located on the most outside corner of the house
5. The road from the city to the villa is in great condition, however it has some challenging climb
6. Bus is not allowed to enter Gedongsongo area and can not reach Villa Putih

The House Rule

1. Strictly no pets allowed
2. Strictly no smoking allowed on indoor area
3. Strictly no alcohol on the premises
4. No party or event
5. Check-in time start 3pm, Check-out time max 12pm
6. Early Check In and Late Check Out is not available

Payment & Cancellation Policy

1. After you book, our WhatsApp bot will automatically send payment instructions via bank transfer
2. Full payment is required right away; your selected date stays available to others until payment is completed
3. A refundable deposit of IDR 500.000 will be collected and returned at checkout
4. Allowed one-time free reschedule, max D-7
5. Allowed cancellation up to D-7, but the deposit will not be refunded
6. Cancellation less than 7 days before check-in and no-show is not eligible for any refund (deposit will be refunded)
7. Same-day bookings are not accepted; please book at least 1 day in advance
